In Short

Six members of Tejwaans Corporate Group attended the Back to Business networking event in Qatar. Among the youngest people in the room, we met HR professionals from construction, AI specialists, lawyers and business consultants. Our biggest lesson: networking isn’t about age or years of experience; it’s about showing up, communicating and being willing to learn.

A Day Full of Opportunities, Connections and Inspiration

Business networking is not just about exchanging business cards or introducing yourself to strangers. It’s about building relationships, understanding different industries, discovering opportunities and learning from people who have already established themselves in the professional world.

Recently, our team from Tejwaans Corporate Group attended the Back to Business networking event in Qatar, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable professional experiences we’ve had.

Our team was made up of six enthusiastic members, four women and two men, all excited to meet new people, exchange ideas and represent the company. What made it especially memorable was that we appeared to be among the youngest participants at the event. Surrounded by experienced business owners, HR professionals, consultants, legal experts and entrepreneurs, we felt both excited and motivated. Rather than letting our age hold us back, we saw it as a chance to learn, connect and make our presence known.

Six Young Professionals, One Shared Ambition

Walking into a room full of experienced professionals can feel intimidating, especially when you’re among the youngest there. For our team, it was an exciting challenge.

We arrived with a shared purpose: represent Tejwaans Corporate Group, expand our professional network, and learn something valuable from every conversation. Each of us brought our own personality, curiosity and enthusiasm. We talked with professionals from different industries, listened to their experiences and discovered how businesses across Qatar are evolving. The atmosphere was welcoming, energetic and full of chances to start meaningful conversations.

Networking is not about how old you are or how many years of experience you have. It’s about your willingness to communicate, learn and build genuine relationships.

My Personal Experience: Who I Met at Back to Business

For me personally, attending Back to Business was an amazing experience. I’ve always believed that one of the best ways to grow professionally is to step outside your everyday working environment and meet people who see business from different perspectives.

Every conversation offered something different. Some people shared their professional journeys; others talked about their industries, business challenges and future opportunities. What fascinated me most was the diversity of the people in the room.

HR professionals in construction

Construction is a big part of Qatar’s business landscape. Talking with HR professionals who manage people in this sector showed me how important recruitment, workforce management and coordination are in large organisations.

As someone representing a company that provides corporate and business support services, I found these conversations especially valuable.

Artificial Intelligence specialists

AI is changing how businesses operate, communicate, analyse information and make decisions. Meeting people in this field showed how technology and traditional business services are becoming more connected.

For young professionals, understanding emerging technology is becoming as important as understanding traditional business practice. (Read more on AI business tools in Qatar.)

Legal professionals

From company formation and commercial agreements to regulatory compliance and documentation, legal expertise is essential to running a successful organisation.

Meeting lawyers helped me appreciate the range of professional services behind Qatar’s growing business environment.

Business consultants

As Tejwaans works in business setup and corporate services, these conversations were especially relevant. Consultants see many businesses, understand their challenges and help find solutions.

It reminded me that even professionals in different organisations always have something valuable to learn from each other.

Being Among the Youngest People in the Room

One of the most memorable parts of the event was realising that our team appeared to be among the youngest participants. We were surrounded by people who had spent years building careers, managing businesses and growing their networks, and there we were, six young members of Tejwaans Corporate Group, taking part in the same conversations and learning directly from their experience.

You don’t need to wait until you’re highly experienced to start building your professional network. Sometimes the best experience comes from simply showing up, introducing yourself and being willing to learn.

Being young in a professional setting can actually be an advantage when you bring curiosity, confidence and an open mind. That’s exactly what we tried to do.

More Than Networking: A Team Experience We’ll Remember

The event was professionally valuable, but it was also a wonderful experience for our team. The six of us spent time together outside the office, met new people and shared a common learning experience. Events like this build communication skills, confidence and a stronger understanding of the business world, and they create memories that go beyond everyday office work. For us, Back to Business wasn’t just another business meeting. It was a chance to grow together.

Why Networking Events Matter for Businesses in Qatar

Qatar offers a dynamic environment for entrepreneurs, investors, established companies and young professionals. Networking events bring together people who might otherwise never meet. They help you:

  • Build meaningful relationships with professionals from different industries
  • Discover new business ideas, market trends and opportunities
  • Exchange knowledge with entrepreneurs and industry specialists
  • Improve communication and professional confidence
  • Explore potential collaborations and partnerships
  • Understand the challenges businesses face in Qatar

At Tejwaans Corporate Group, we believe strong professional relationships are a foundation for long-term growth. That’s why our team regularly attends events like the QDB Networking Event, BNI in Doha and Food Qatar & Hospitality Qatar 2026.

As a business setup and corporate services provider in Qatar, Tejwaans Corporate Group works with entrepreneurs, investors, startups and established businesses. Our services include:

Taking part in professional events gives our team valuable insight into what businesses need and the challenges entrepreneurs face. Whether you’re planning a new company, expanding a business or exploring opportunities in Qatar, the right connections can make a real difference.

Our Biggest Takeaway: Never Stop Learning

If there’s one lesson I took away, it’s that learning doesn’t only happen in classrooms, training sessions or offices. Sometimes the most valuable lessons come from a simple conversation with someone you’ve just met. Every person has a different story, every industry has different challenges, and every meaningful interaction can introduce an idea you’d never considered.

As young professionals, we still have so much to explore. Experiences like Back to Business make that journey more exciting. We came home with new connections, fresh perspectives and more motivation to keep growing.

A Memorable Experience, and Many More to Come

From HR professionals and AI specialists to legal experts and business consultants, every conversation added something to our journey, and being among the youngest attendees made it even more memorable. We came to connect with people, and we left with much more: knowledge, inspiration, confidence and memories.

On behalf of our six team members, I’d like to thank the organisers and everyone who made the event so welcoming and valuable. We look forward to attending more networking events, meeting inspiring professionals and continuing to represent Tejwaans Corporate Group in Qatar’s business community.

Every great professional journey begins with the courage to show up, connect and learn.
